Tachograph card entry improved with separate state code dropdown and formatting fixes
What's new?
We've made several improvements to the system, including better handling of tachograph card numbers and fixes to document displays and fuel processing.
Tachograph card number formatting
We've updated how tachograph card numbers are entered on driver records. You'll now find a separate dropdown for the state code (defaulting to UK) alongside the card number field, which accepts 14 alphanumeric characters. This change ensures tachograph data is stored consistently and works more reliably with features that depend on it.
Fixes and improvements
Vehicle documents — The Documents tab now filters out app-submitted images and signatures by default, making it easier to locate compliance documentation. Previously, these images were appearing in the list, which could result in hundreds of entries.
Fuel processing via app — We've resolved an issue where fuel purchases added through the mobile app weren't consistently appearing in the main portal, and attached receipt photos sometimes failed to save.
Technician bookings — Fixed a problem where bookings outside a specific date range weren't being returned in the app, despite showing on the web platform.
Incident alerts — Incidents now display correctly in the alerts panel regardless of whether an action date or note has been added.
