What's new?

We've fixed a bug where LOLER alerts weren't appearing automatically for assets. Previously, alerts would only show after manually saving the asset record. LOLER alerts now display correctly without requiring this workaround.

The pool booking calendar has been updated to use a scheduler view. Each vehicle now appears on its own calendar line, making it much easier to see what's booked and when without overlapping entries.

We've made improvements to how first HGV Inspections work when logged through Technician:

• First HGV Inspections completed in Technician now always appear in FleetCheck, even if no schedule or frequency has been set up previously

• You no longer need to log a first inspection in Professional before recording HGV Inspections in Technician

• If no scheduled frequency exists, the system defaults to the shortest available frequency (3 weeks) and sends an alert email

In Technician, you can now finalise multiple completed inspections at once. Simply select the inspections you want to finalise (up to 10 at a time) and use the new bulk finalise button to send them all to FleetCheck together.

We've also resolved a visual issue in the Driver App where the "Exit the app?" confirmation message wasn't displaying properly, and fixed an internal defect upload tool to ensure defects appear correctly in both classic and new views.
