What's new?

We've made a number of improvements to FleetCheck today, including enhancements to SORN recording, pool bookings, and penalty tracking.

SORN start dates

You can now add a "from" date when recording a SORN on a vehicle. Previously, you could only specify when the SORN would end, which meant you had to create the record on the day it started to maintain accurate data. The "from" date defaults to today but can be set to any past or future date.

Pool booking enhancements

When creating or editing a pool booking, you can now record:

• Cost centre

• Department

• Destination

These fields help you track which departments are using pool vehicles and where they're travelling. The cost centre and department assigned to a booking are separate from those assigned to the vehicle itself.

Additional penalty type

We've added an "Other" option to the penalty type dropdown. This gives you more flexibility when classifying penalties from different sources, particularly useful if you receive fines that don't fit into the existing categories.

Bug fixes

We've resolved an issue where clicking "Next" after using "Assign to All" for urban use percentage in FORS Emissions triggered an unexpected "Leave Site" confirmation popup.
