Sidebar menu now obeys access permissions

We've resolved an issue where the options on the sidebar menu did not automatically update when someone's access permissions were changed.

Now, when a user's permissions are updated, the sidebar menu will change to match the new permissions automatically.

MOT booking dates now clear automatically

We’ve resolved an issue with MOT booking dates that was causing confusion about which vehicles had upcoming MOTs scheduled. Previously, when we received an MOT test record from the DVLA, the “MOT booked” date remained unchanged, making it difficult to tell whether a booking was still pending or had already been completed.

Now, when an MOT record arrives from the DVLA (or when you add an HGV MOT manually), the system automatically clears the “MOT booked” date if the test has taken place on or after the booked date. This means you’ll always have an accurate view of which vehicles genuinely have MOTs booked in the future.

TT99 endorsements now flagged as high risk

Following recent DVLA legislative changes, we’ve updated how the system handles TT99 endorsements. These endorsements indicate that a driver has accumulated 12 or more penalty points, but previously appeared with zero points in our system.

TT99 is now automatically treated as a high-risk endorsement by default across all client configurations, ensuring drivers with this endorsement are correctly identified. You can adjust this setting if needed for your specific requirements.
