We're making our reports easier to find and understand

On 19 October, we're updating the names and descriptions of our reports to make them clearer and easier to search — so you can quickly find and understand the reports you already have, rather than requesting a new one that may already exist.

What's changing

With over 1,000 reports in FleetCheck, some names and descriptions have become inconsistent or hard to search over time. We're standardising them so that:

• Report names clearly reflect what the report actually shows

• Descriptions are more detailed and consistent, making it easier to search and filter

• It's quicker to find the report you need without requesting extra support

Making the transition easy

We know you're used to the current names. To help you adjust, for one month after a report's name changes, its original name will still appear in the description, so you can match it to the report you're used to using.

What you need to know

Is the functionality changing?
No — this is a naming and description update only. Report content, data, and functionality are not changing. We'd encourage you to check the updated names and descriptions before submitting a request for a new report, as it may already exist under a new name.

Will my downloaded or scheduled reports use the same name?
Yes — downloaded and scheduled reports will use the same name shown in FleetCheck. If you have an automated process linked to a report name, you may need to update it.

Will reports in my favourites disappear?
No — the report stays in your favourites; only its name updates.
