Smarter defect reporting

We're improving how defects get flagged when drivers complete their walk-around checks. Right now, spotting and reporting a defect can feel like extra guesswork for drivers in the moment. We're changing that — fleet managers will be able to define what counts as a defect when they set up a checksheet, so drivers simply complete their checks as normal, and defects are captured automatically and consistently, with no extra steps or thinking required on their end.

This means:

• Simpler for drivers — no added complexity to the day-to-day check, just clearer, more reliable defect capture behind the scenes

• More accurate reporting — defects are identified by design, not by guesswork or inconsistent naming

• No disruption — your existing checksheets keep working exactly as they do today
